These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and teckock (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your use of the website located at https://teckock.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment features, and support channels (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the teckock website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or using any feature of the Service in any capacity, you confirm and agree that:

• You have read this Agreement in full and understood its content;
• You unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by every clause of this Agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

Use of the teckock Service is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. The 18+ age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. teckock strictly prohibits access to its real-money gambling services by any person under the age of 18.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or accessing the Service from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your location.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily imposed through teckock's responsible gaming tools or through any applicable regulatory scheme, at the time of use.
• Mental Capacity: You must not be acting under the influence of substances or conditions that impair your ability to make informed, rational decisions about gambling activity.

teckock reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm that you meet the above requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, if age verification cannot be confirmed, permanent account closure.

To access real-money betting and casino services on teckock, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.

One Account Per Person: Each individual person may hold only one teckock account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, teckock reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Accurate Information: You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent identity verification process is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Any deliberate misrepresentation of identity information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your teckock account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. teckock will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Reporting Compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify teckock immediately at [email protected]. teckock will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

Know Your Customer (KYC): teckock operates a KYC verification programme for all accounts. KYC documentation — which may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the teckock platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and any bonus-related financial activity — are subject to the terms set out in this section.

Accepted Payment Methods: teckock currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is current and valid.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to teckock accounts within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in the same session or account history where technically feasible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

Withdrawal Processing Times: Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be subject to additional review in cases where fraud or AML checks are triggered.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the platform's payment section. teckock reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds.

Currency: All transactions on teckock are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players depositing via international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to currency conversion rates applied by their card issuer.

teckock may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, seasonal promotions (including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other events), and other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes wagered; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without notice. Expiry periods are stated per promotion.

• Modification and Withdrawal: teckock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in the process of being wagered.

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted through the teckock platform. These rules apply to casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), and crash/instant games.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by teckock. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference on screen or via your account transaction history. teckock reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic matches, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, teckock will consult publicly available authoritative sources and its own sports data providers to determine the correct settlement.

Incomplete Events: Where a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the period specified in teckock's sports rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual sports are detailed in the teckock sportsbook rules document accessible from the platform.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communications failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, teckock reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a clear technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

Maximum Winnings: teckock applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are specified within the platform and may vary by game type and market. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit.

RNG Certification: All casino games offered on teckock use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the licensed game studios supplying those games (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe). teckock does not alter, override, or influence the outcomes of any RNG-based game.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the teckock platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play;
• Colluding with other players in any game or market to gain an unfair advantage;

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;

• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true location for the purpose of accessing the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction.

All intellectual property rights in and to the teckock platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, game integrations, promotional materials, and all written content — are the exclusive property of teckock or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any teckock content;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform in bulk;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform's software;
• Use the teckock name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from teckock.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, teckock's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your teckock account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

teckock shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if such loss or damage was foreseeable or teckock had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss;
• Gambling losses arising from your own decisions to place bets or wagers;
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure;
• Any loss arising from third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. teckock makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. teckock will use reasonable commercial endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage.

teckock reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the player;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure;
• Extended account inactivity as defined by teckock's dormant account policy.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. teckock may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied, provided a valid email address is on file.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your teckock account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Reinstatement: Where an account has been suspended pending investigation, teckock will notify the player of the outcome of the investigation within a reasonable period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and access restored. Where a breach is confirmed, the suspension may be converted to a permanent closure.

Self-exclusion options include temporary exclusions of 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, as well as permanent self-exclusion. Minor Protection: teckock strongly encourages all players who share devices with minors to use appropriate parental control software to prevent access to gambling websites. teckock accepts no liability for access by minors in circumstances where the adult account holder has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their account.

teckock reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: compliance with applicable law, updates to the platform's features or payment methods, changes to promotional structures, or clarification of existing provisions.

Notification of Changes: Where a change to these Terms is material — meaning it meaningfully affects your rights or obligations as a player — teckock will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections, structural reorganisation, or clarifications that do not alter meaning) may be made without advance notice.

Continued Use as Acceptance: Your continued use of the teckock Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account before the effective date of the change.

Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. English is the governing language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal effect and shall not be used to interpret the Agreement.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with teckock's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and teckock in relation to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
